· Intermediate Care Homes: A choice of living environments is provided in the communities of Stanley, New Town and Tioga. It is the goal of Tri-City CARES to assist people to gain maximum independence and provide services based on the individual needs and desires of each person.

· ISLA (Individualized Supported Living Arrangement): People are provided supports to live independently in their homes.
