EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Tri-City CARES has provided support for people with disabilities for over 30 years. We currently have openings for full-time, part-time and relief positions.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) who would like to be part of our team as we help individuals with disabilities learn living skills and community involvement. Training provided for all Tri-City staff includes but is not limited to CPR, First Aid, Therapeutic Intervention, and obtaining DD (Developmental Disabilities) Certification.

Staff who are interested in furthering their education in the field of Developmental Disabilities have the opportunity to attain Advanced Certification, An Associates of Science with Emphasis in Developmental Disabilities, a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Disabilities (Non-Teaching), and a Master of Science in Special Education through Minot State University. Although these opportunities are not required for employment they are available to staff with substantial discounts in fees.
